Review: CradleJoy.com

CradleJoy.com features top-quality boutique gear and accessories for moms and infants from almost 30 brands today. They focus on partnering with select brands who share the same values related to natural and organic life style that they have. CradleJoy is keen on the quality of their brands than quantity and as such will be adding new unique products from as far away as Tibet and Scandinavia that promote mother’s comfort & baby’s well being.

From time to time, even with savings up to 60% off retail and top quality customer service, we often go nuts with contests, special deals and giveaways for their customers. From their 45 day return policy to Live Chat and toll-free telephone support, we want our customers happy and excited - not merely satisfied.

My experience with CradleJoy.com: I was unfamiliar with CradleJoy until I was approached by them. It's very clear from entering their website that they are an all natural product carrying website. I was immediately intrigued and knew immediately what I wanted to search for. Jaliyah has pretty bad baby eczema and thus far, nothing has worked for it.

As I am searching, a live chat instant message pops up, asking me if there was anything I could be assisted with. This got me excited! I have never seen a shopping website with a live chat option - too cool! So I asked if I could be recommended any popular products, I was directed to their Cloud b rattles - they are super sweet, super soft, make-you-want-to-cuddle stuffed animal rattles. I asked a couple more questions and went on my merry shopping way and found these...

I ordered them. These products are specifically for eczema and bothered skin. I received my order within the week. I have been using it on Jaliyah ever since (a few weeks now) and her eczema started diminishing within the first 7-10 days I used it. I was SO excited that I finally found something to work. CradleJoy carries great products that are safe and WORK! They even carry maternity products for mommy's!

I've never shopped on a website before that I truly had nothing negative to say about, until now. I had an amazing customer service experience, their number one concern is the customer. My products were shipped to me in one week (without rushed shipping - this was the regular shipping option). I loved the product I received.

Looping Lullabies

Jaliyah loves music! She loves listening to it or being sung too. I received an e-mail from a group called Lullatone who take traditional lullabies and put their own spin on them with calming womb sounds, soft white noise, and heartbeat sounds. What a great idea! Some of the tracks include Hush Little Baby, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, and Rock-a-bye Baby. All the songs are popular, familiar songs and would be great to use as simple listening material for your little one, to sing-a-long too, and to help calm your little one to sleep.

I think this is just a GREAT idea. I went to their website and listened to their music and it is very soothing. I am definitely going to buy one or two CDs! I think it would make a great gift, too.

Want to know the best part of it?! When purchasing the album - you name YOUR OWN PRICE! How awesome is that!

I was in no way compensated for this review - I truly love the idea of this CD and think it is a GREAT product for any mother.

The Rattles Review and GIVEAWAY!

I was approached by The Musebox about a new family-friendly band, The Rattles. With a fresh, modern fusion of classic rock and power pop, similar to The Beatles, They Might Be Giants, and The Monkees, this colorful quartet has set themselves apart from the average children's music group by creating a listening experience that parents and adults can enjoy as well. Similar to the music of Yo Gabba Gabba, this project is about creating music EVERYONE can groove out to!

When I got the CD in the mail I was super excited (I love kids music, don't judge lol)! I immediately put it in and loved it. Jaliyah loves listening to music and The Rattles definitely caught her attention; we danced together and now we have "music time" every day after her afternoon nap! I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed it as well, it's hard to find music that's equally enjoyable for adults and children.
The website is fun too! I checked it out and not only can you purchase the CD but there is music videos, pictures, printable coloring pages, and games! How cool!

1001 Healthy Baby Answers

I was lucky enough to get sent a copy of 1001 Healthy Baby Answers by Dr. Gary C. Morchower. The subtitle on the book reads "Find authoritative answers for everything from anemia to seizures and much more" and that's the best description for the book! From front cover to back cover there are answers to all the questions you forgot to ask your child's pediatrician. I know (atleast in my experience, which could be just because I have a terrible memory) I don't think of all the questions I should or want to ask when I take Jaliyah to the DR.

To be honest, I didn't think I was going to like it because when you open the book, the first topic is Brachial Plexus Palsy ... uhm..what?! I was thinking it was going to be a bunch of DR terms that I wouldn't understand anyways. But in fact..it was the complete opposite. Almost every condition is talked about in this factual book and it's trusted information written by real DR's. It would be pretty cool if the book had an index of symptoms that you could look up to help reference to one of the topics.

I noticed that many of the conditions discussed in the book are for toddlers and older children as well, so it's definitely a book that can be referenced back to throughout raising your babies :) Everything is explained throughout and they really thought of every question a mother would want the answers too. I totally recommend this book - it retails for $16.95 in the U.S.
